YSDN GRAD SHOW
YSDN Made was the 2015 graduation show for the York/Sheridan design program, YSDN. Together, with my team, we created the brand and identity for the grad show. We branded our show around the idea that as designers, no matter our discipline, we are generators, makers and synthesizers. We invent, create, and shape the world around us. As a way to individualize and personalize the brand, each student created their own version of the “Made” logo.
My personal role in the grad show was project manager of the identity committee. Once the brand was established, I continued to help shape the brand with the design of the website. We created a brand guideline as well as a guide for each student to follow to create their version of the Made logo. We further cemented the idea of the personal version of the logo by including each student’s version on their portrait, as well as included all 100+ logos in the randomizing logo animation on the landing page introduction.
